Reset the compiled SQL statement back to it's initial
state, ready to be re-executed.
Statement state
step sets res_code to sqlite_row if it is returning
a single row of the result set, sqlite_done if execution has
completed, either normally or due to an error. It might also
return sqlite_busy if it is unable to open the database file.
TODO: If the return value is sqlite_row, then the following
routines can be used to extract information about that row of
the result set:
const void *sqlite3_column_blob(sqlite3_stmt*, int iCol);
int sqlite3_column_bytes(sqlite3_stmt*, int iCol);
int sqlite3_column_bytes16(sqlite3_stmt*, int iCol);
int sqlite3_column_count(sqlite3_stmt*);
const char *sqlite3_column_decltype(sqlite3_stmt *, int iCol);
const void *sqlite3_column_decltype16(sqlite3_stmt *, int iCol);
double sqlite3_column_double(sqlite3_stmt*, int iCol);
int sqlite3_column_int(sqlite3_stmt*, int iCol);
long long int sqlite3_column_int64(sqlite3_stmt*, int iCol);
const char *sqlite3_column_name(sqlite3_stmt*, int iCol);

Reset the compiled SQL statement back to it's initial

Any SQL statement
variables that had values bound to them using the
bind_parameter, bind_* retain their values. Use
clear_bindings to reset the bindings.
This exception occurs when Void is passed as the expression
to inspect ("inspect on STRING only).
This exception also occurs when the inspected value selects no branch (when the keyword "else"
not used, one "when" branch _must_ be selected). Some value which is not one of the inspect
constants, if there is no Else_part
